    alternative to clipper oil?

    when i clip i use 2 sets of blades and wd40 or baby oil for the sensitive ones, when one set gets hot i put it in a pot with surgical spirit and use the 2nd set, being alcohol based it evaporates and cools the blades much faster, and speeds up the clipping time.

    Help! My natives mane is getting rubbed out

    i have same prob with all mine, i was given a tip to spray the mane and underside of neck cover with mane and tail conditioner. never tried it coz mine are clipped so used hoods to protect the mane and also chests from rubbing also its sounded a very expensive way to solve prevent rubbing.
