Sorry to be pedantic but the maximum custodial sentence of 10 years only applies to criminal damage tried on indictment. Summary criminal damage (ie. Damage worth <£5k) is subject to a maximum custodial sentence of 6 months.
Why don't people attach the camera to the outside of the top of the riding boot? I know that may risk an injury to the leg if the horse lands on you. But then again safer to be on the leg than on the head if you really feel a camera is necessary...
I am surprised that you are doing such a narrow geographical search. No wonder you are having problems finding the right horse. You need to look further afield no doubt.

IMO rugging up overweight horses is irresponsible.

If you want your employees to promptly inform you when they are going to be taking a sick day you need to make that clear in their written contracts of employment or produce a sick leave policy.
