No - she was out with a larger gelding - who must have been late cut enough to know what to do when she went into season. -

DGet the trainer back for a consistent set of sessions would be my suggestion. Knowing how to lunge is a good skill. It is best taught...

I think you really need to keep the foal out of earshot from the mare for at least a month, unless you intend him to go back to suckling.
