Last year, my horse (who LOVED jumping) stopped being able to jump. She would just come back to a walk/trot and side-step the fence. We later found out that our horse had changed shape and needed a new saddle. We finally got a new one in April and everything was great.

I considered those, but I think doing it on a SIM card would work out too expensive! And my camera would have to be placed indoors, so a solar panel wouldn’t be much use to us. Thanks though!
Hi all!
I’m thinking of getting a camera for my stable to keep an eye on what my horse is getting up to, but I’m not sure if there’s anything that would work!
Does anyone know of any cameras that don’t require WiFi or a power outlet?
I don’t want anything that I can view in real-time from...
Does anyone have any recommendations for dressage instructors in Cheshire? Specifically those who will travel to Congleton/Holmes chapel area?
It’s for a very forward (but willing) horse who can be a bit sharp off the aids sometimes, so they need to have some experience dealing with these kind...
I figured that would be the case! I wouldn’t mind living between work and the yard. I’m just not sure what areas are the best for keeping the pony, commuting etc! Seems like a bit of a minefield for a northerner!
Thanks for the advice! Still considering whether to apply for the job or not, but...
Definitely Central (or a little west) as far as I’m aware! Sorry, I’m bad with places down south! I wouldn’t mind living anywhere that’s within a reasonable distance, also wouldn’t mind if commute-wise I was living a bit closer if a livery yard was a bit further away! Preferably looking at about...
Hi everyone
I’m thinking of applying to a job in central London, but since I’m from the North West I have no clue where the good yards are around or in London!
I want to make sure there would be somewhere suitable for my girl before I applied for the job.
What I prefer -
A good arena

Hi!
I’m wanting to buy a tub of treats for my horse, but all the ones we have ordered so far have alfalfa in them (even ones which said otherwise on the website!!). My girl seems to be quite sensitive on alfalfa so we cut it out of her feed completely.
Does anyone know who sells a tub of...
My (relatively new) mare who normally LOVES to jump has started randomly refusing jumps when in season.
It started a few months ago when she refused for the first time and since then she’s refused a handful of times only ever when she’s in season.
Now that she’s out competing regularly...
Thanks for your reply,
We are getting the vet out asap.
Other than this fall (we think) in the field, she showed no symptoms of arthritis, she was happy, flexible and enjoyed coming out to be ridden, she's also very rarely lame, so we are hoping it won't be too bad!
Hi, we recently had the physio out for out horse who had injured her neck (probably in the field) her neck had gone stiff and she couldn't eat off the floor easily.
Our physio suspect s she also has arthritis in her neck. (We are getting the vet out very soon to confirm)
She's an 18 year old...
My horse had the very same problem last year when she was 6!
With us it purely got better with lots of practice and endurance training.
I found that by asking her to canter longer and longer each time, that she could eventually keep it easer. Also I did my riding kind of like interval...
