Very interested to hear that you like the slate sand surface :) we're in north Wales too and in the process of putting in a school just for myself so it will be 1 horse a day on it at the very most. We've had a sample of the slate sand from our local quarry and was wondering what it was like...

Does anyone know of any nice (not too expensive!) livery yards in the Reading/Maidenhead area? I will be living in Twyford over the summer months and need somewhere to keep my 3 yr old filly.

I'm thinking of moving to Berkshire for the spring/summer months - and I would like to take my 3 yr old filly with me. Does anyone know of any decent grass liveries available (preferably in the Twyford/Wokingham area) with a school?
