When i used to bring onto the yard to groom, I used to keep everything in a Le Mieux bag. Now I do a lot of grooming in the field so it's all kept in a bucket.

Oh god, how scary! I'm glad you are both OK, I hope you're not too shaken up. A hatcam sounds like a sensible idea, can you get one that records front and back? Also a tabard with a camera icon might be a deterrent.
Oh I love the idea of a random hoof lift! What a great idea, it also teaches them it's OK if they get a stone stuck whilst walking somewhere. I'll add that to the list!
Angel has now had all 4 feet trimmed, and another session is booked to tidy them up. I'm picking her feet out every day and she's been great with her fronts, with the backs improving.
