    Neighbour's elderly cat has gone onto dry food on vet's advice. He no longer likes the tap water in his drinking bowl, and regularly asks to go outside to drink rain water.

    While we're on this, why do western riders do the throat lash up so tight that it is tucked right up in the angle between neck and head? Certainly don't look like there's a hand width there... Am uncomfortable seeing any sort of chokers on humans, too!

    I was going to ask that too. Almost did 4 there a couple of times ... reins being slippery didn't help, it was always raining!
