    Im really annoying my horse because my knees and feet are really hurting me when i am riding resulting in my constantly fidgeting my horse even glares looks at me and glares asif to say.... what you doing up there? stoooop it.. now give me another carrot. I dont know what I have done to my knee...

    Best Knee Support For Riding?

    Hey, im currently suffering from knee pain too iv tried that firstaid4sport support after reading this thread and it wasn't very good at all.... can the same thin be done through insoles or strengthening my knees with stretches instead?
