I'm not going to argue about this as it is apparent alot of people around here like to. The bitching taking place on the Amersham horse thread is just a taster of what I believe people on this thread are wanting to achive.

The caption is most definitely wrong. It's not for the courts to decide if it is emaciated or not. Thats for the veterinary experts. Yes why is it dead is the question and emaciation does not look like the cause from what I can see.

It's dead alright but it isnt an adult like the caption states. Doesn't look emaciated either.

As I have stated on another thread, I have been following the spindles farm case with intense interest. And I suggest all who can be availble to sit in the hearing at Bicester should do.

I'm not sure what to think of this.
