An opportunity has arisen to reopen what was a very popular livery yard and I am contemplating doing so. What are people's views on this running your own yard? It would be ran as full liveries, what sort of price would you be expecting to pay? There is roughly 15 stables, and it has two lovely...

We are at a yard of around 90 horses and there are also shows run most weekends so therefore a lot of people coming in and out. There is room that could easily be used to hold the tack shop in and is easily rentable so that is not an issue. We would be looking to offer products at as low prices...

Balanced riding is a great one. Her name is Glynis and she will work on dressage/SJ/X-C. she will also work on lungeing and long reining and ground work. Let me know if you're still interested :)
