    instead of likits, why not try a mineral and salt lick? They are all natural and good for your horse as well as keeping them entertained whilst in the stable! you can buy them from most saddlerys i think :)

    We had a problem with our pony for a while but on the right canter but luckily he now nearly always strikes of on the correct leg, yay:) what worked for us was putting a raised trotting poles in each corner so he went into canter after he jumped them on the right leg.     dentastix are a good way to remove plaque from your dogs teeth, they have got a lot of calories in them though, hope this helps :)
