Need someone to tell me they have had more injuries through horse riding than me. I have just had my third broken arm from falling off and I am seriously thinking this is a sign to give up riding. Has anyone had any more injuries than me. On a serious downer at the moment x

Thanks, I did hibiscrub etc at the weekend and apply the mudguard stuff, however I will call the vet and ask about the cream :) x putasocinit - I googled the systems for mites, he isn't itchy at all, so I'm not sure if it is mites x

Found one little scab but that is all, if it was those would he not be itchy and affected in other areas. Never had a horse with mud fever or mites/lice so not really knowledgeable about this x

The field is generally quite dry, however by the gate and around where their haybales are is really deep with mud. The hair comes out with whitish flakes of skin x

Hi, my horse lives out, got him in the other day and he has flaky skin around his cannon bone area, and the hair just falls out if you touch it around this part. Brought mud fever stuff as assuming it is that, but it is not lower down where mud fever would typically be. Any suggestions? x
