My instructor is always yelling open your inside rein close your inside leg..... It must work as we work beautifully from behind now. Also make sure saddle fits correctly otherwise this will make your horse stick its nose in the air as it can't round through the back x

None elastic girths are best as you can overtighten elastic ones and put the breastbone out of place over time!
