Today I tried stopping off a few times before home and stopping when he started pawing and I made everything 100% worse. When we got back to the yard I made him stand in the trailer for 20 minutes and he was good as gold 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻

Has anyone found any thing to stop a horse pawing in the trailer? I have a lovely horse who travels amazing all the way to comps, calm at comps and great to travel back until the last 20 minutes when he knows there he is and just paws relentlessly. I put some rubber stable mat down and now...

Has anyone ever gone from a small yard to a bigger yard. I posted this not very long ago but my horse has been on this yard for 2 years is super happy and it has good facilities but I'm the only livery and I'm finding it super lonely. I'm always asking if people want to hack or go on fun...

He is only 6 to be fair and 4-5 was just plodding on hacks

Same out hacking, same flat work (although is more forward on a fun ride) , school is perfect, work level been the last for the past year, he is willing just very slow reactions and then reacts then just goes back to the same ways as before after a couple of strides, no reaction to being tacked...

Yeah you are probs right. I need to be more consistent in this area.

Maybe we should hang up the competition boots and just do fun rides. I would never sell him I love him way too much he really is an angel.
