My pony has 2 whorls on his face, a whorl either side of his tummy exactly opposite each other, one on the underside of his neck, two one on each hamstring and two underneath his tummy what could that mean??!!! haha

EPSM is Muscle fatigue ( i cant remember the actually words for ESPM ). Thanks little_pig_piggies .

Im going to try the EPSM diet on my pony but im finding it all abit confusing. Just wondering if anybody had any experience of EPSM with there horses? And how do i work out how much oil, selenium and vitiman E i should give? Thanks .

Also make sure she is well rugged up because she will lose any weight/fat through being cold.
