I was well within 14 days (I asked for a refund within 6 days) but the saddler is saying I have no right to return. Unfortunately it looks like I could end up in the Small Claims court on this one. Thank you will take a look :)

I'm worried I have to return the saddle within 14 days of giving notice that I would like a refund. This particular individual is untrustworthy. If I take saddle myself I anticipate he will deny me returning it and if I send it special delivery he will probably claim it is damaged. Any thoughts...

Hello I've recently bought a saddle that does not fit my horse. The saddler who fitted the saddle is disputing this. Does anyone know of a saddler who would be willing to review and prepare a report on the saddle to help my case? I am based in East Sussex. Thanks for any suggestions. :)
