    Hi yes thats defiantly the one, 2 loop serpintines finishing at X then into canter and 20m circle at B allowing horse to stretch near the end... thats the right one

    Ariat Bromant (I think thats what they are called) lasted me 3 years which is good going but for a price tag of £300+ I decided to get some Brogini's and they have been great I love the leather and the fit gives a real close contact feel to the horse.

    I went to Crosby chasers in the summer www.little-crosby-chasers.co.uk lots of fences with different types getting progressively bigger (except the first 3 which are quite big) not sure if I would go this time of the year due to the weather but will defiantly be going again in the summer

    Tips for a graceful sitting trot

    The best tip I got was to control your breathing so you don't end up purple and passed out after a few rounds but like the others have said just do little bits and build it up :) no stirrups work is also a good thing to do but don't overdo it just take your time

    Our horses at work get checked 3 times a year which is great as they are all in hard work and they love the physio coming to give them a 'tickle' :o

    I have seen a few different variations of the system and the best one is with a large step (to stop the bedding getting dragged out etc) plus you dont have the bedding right upto the door, the step has to be a few inches high but it saves the bedding and mess etc... Instead of doors there...
