Hi-I've just come our of plaster for a broken ankle. The docter recommended-swimming,exercise like calf raises and wearing a descent support really helps and if your losing weight I'm sure that will make a big difference too - good luck!x
I think the new look coverage it's great-I enjoy reading PollyG and Richard Burtons columns-my only critizism is there far to short! Would be intresting to do a more in depth trainer/yard features looking at the different training methods and comparing the big/little yards.And more pics!!
