My mare starts getting ring sour the minute she's uncomfortable with anything, but still hacks out like a happy champ. Typically it has been the saddle, but not always.
I hope you manage to find the cause and get back to happy horse everywhere!
Long story short, my husband indulged my crazy last year when I went to my dream breeders farm and agreed I should buy a baby in utero as long as he could order Mc Donald's... Anyhow they're 95ish so they needed help from family to get videos but finally managed it!
Meet Ronnie, Gummi bears new...
There is on in Ufton that might suit, behind the wedding barn. Wood farm is the name Sandra Haitt, you can find it on Facebook though no idea if there is availability etc but was a lovely yard when I was there.
I am in Southam/Napton there are quite a few barns in the Rugby area. The hacking where I am seems quite nice as well. When livery hunting I find more locations in Rugby easily found online than the warwick areas. I imagine a trip to tower farms in Rugby you'll find plenty of places to view from...
Hello!
Looking for any/all of the following in area on attached image.
1. Classical dressage in hand/ridden. Small rider/trainer
2. Professional livery yard. Indoor school preferred. Must have Lunge arena (horse tends to go a bit nuts on lunge so will churn arena), sand turn out for muddy...
Hello!
I'm importing a horse and the transporter has said that I could have the quarantine done either in the US or here in the UK. I was wondering if anyone knew of any places local to me that would be suitable so that during the quarantine time I could do a bit extra to help it adjust to life...
Oh dear :(. You are a very kind person. I don't think I am quite as kind. The only option I personally would be looking at is start the process of selling now with viewings to start on March as agreed upon.
I've been having in hand lessons with a gentleman named Derek Clark - I found him on http://www.classicalriding.co.uk/ . It's been wonderful for helping Gummi Bear and I get a nice feel in the bridle (still rather green at it only been at it a couple months). We absolutely love it, and it has...
It's January and I am officially feeling slightly baby crazy after viewing https://www.morganhorses.at/en/.... can't wait for the foal pictures to start rolling in!
Any foals yet this year with pictures to help stoke the crazy?
Definitely agree with everything said already. Every horse is an individual - my Husband's first horse was a 6 year old TB but a total dope on a rope kind of guy that could have easily been ruled out on breed or age (Sadly couldn't come with us when we moved as he wasn't the most stoic in cold...
Its definitely easy to find inexpensive land in the US, and horse care overall isn't too dissimilar in most places. The trick is finding the right area that you fit in and hope it's also an area that is on the inexpensive list. I love digging through landandfarm.com for cheap land in the states...
