Even more livery yards moving towards banning winter turnout?

Would agree with this. I pay for very expensive livery, but because of that there are not as many horses and plenty of grazing to rotate and rest, meaning they all go out all year unless weather is horrendous/not safe. You get what you pay for. Cheap yards overstock the land, and if they...

Grange Farm & Wikefield Farm livery yards, opinions?

Grange turn out all year which is nice but the fields aren't great, very little grazing. Usually the case as yards that limit grazing in winter generally have better grazing in summer but depends which is most important to you. Extra services are expensive which you might not need but take it...

Livery! Feel like I'm looking for the impossible!

Try Priory Park Farm in Monk Fryston - good facilities and in price range. There's a facebook page - N Stoker Equestrian.

    Full livery North Leeds

Swithens have "all year round turnout" but for 6 months of the year you're in a tiny mud paddock in winter with 3 other horses and rubbish fencing. Grange farm have genuine all year turnout in the same field all year round though the grazing is not great quality because of this.

Freestep Lamalert and Green Source - anyone used it?

They use the photos of my horse in their adverts and leaflets and they are 100% accurate. Nothing a Vet did helped him, 40 Metformin a day did nothing.. Freestep was amazing, shifted all the crest and the fat lumps/cellulite.

    Livery West Yorkshire

Looking for livery for 2 horses within a 20 mile radius of Leeds City Centre in any direction, would really appreciate some suggestions please :) Would prefer the option of individual turnout and it must have an arena of some kind and parking for a wagon. Thank you very much in advance!

    Get Your Own!

SO agree with this! I have a box that holds 3 and continuously get people asking for a lift for a fuel contribution. Errr no, I like my own horses and my own family/friends with me at shows, not putting up with some random people and horses for £30!

    Shivers?

One of my show horses shivers in a hind leg. Only presents itself when you pick out the foot or the farrier picks it up. It doesn't affect him under saddle and so far hasn't been progressive. He's 14 now. I would absolutely buy him again with this issue, it's never prevented me doing anything...
