How to fix refusing from spooking?

Think the answer would probably be just to get her out and about and seeing as many different places and varieties of fences that you can. Maybe hire a different arena and their SJs (every week or more if you can) rather than competitions, so you've got plenty of time to play around and...

Finally eventing again - West Buckland Novice

Ahh good! And phew :) super piccys btw. It did seem to ride pretty well for all sorts of combinations - the intro actually caused the most problems :/ Best of luck for your intermediate.

Finally eventing again - West Buckland Novice

Think it was probably my input on twitter that gave you the impression of the 'up to height but short course'. Just to clarify, due to last years cancellation there hasn't been a novice run there until this year - the one that was prepped for last year was nothing like as strong and around 4min...

Would there be anyone likely to be interested in this...

Thank you both. May be an avenue that's worth exploring then - although now worried whether I'd feel a bit jealous watching someone else having fun and doing things with my neddy. Lottery win is the only answer I think lol. Thank you

Would there be anyone likely to be interested in this...

I'm considering selling my horsebox (due to still living at home, desperate to move out and save for deposit on somewhere) as the loan I got out on it along with the running costs are proving to be pretty expensive. However, I have a 13 yo TB who I've evented at low levels and done some SJ...

Blade runner beats racehorse (more, jockey beats racehorse - literally!)

Not saying it has anything to do with Oscar at all, just that the video is obviously supposed to be a positive one and I don't feel it now will be....

Blade runner beats racehorse (more, jockey beats racehorse - literally!)

Not sure if this has already been posted but makes for really uncomfortable viewing doesn't it? Jockey doesn't as much as ask the horse to go forwards at all before he starts leathering the poor thing  Have a feeling it may not reflect too well on Oscar Pistorius either, which is a...

Question - Why, When Some People Plait, Do They Not Plait The Forelock?

My horse gets really upset if I try to plait his forelock - equally to take the plait out again. He's fine to have the rest of mane done, just very headshy about his forelock. So I don't do it to be fashionable, different or otherwise, just dont want to upset my horse unnecessarily.
