    Thought I'd re-post with regards to the problems I had with my horse's flu jab. Intervet have paid up for the emergancy treatment she had to have! So it is definately worth chasing up if your horse has problems with routine jabs. :)

    Rescue Remedy- Does it work?

    I also rate pine as a remedy, helps with anxiety and stress... I use it before showjumping, dont know its a placebo effect, but it seems to help! Accupressure might help you too, good for relaxing horse and rider.

    Into her chest (pec muscle), on her near side. In all honesty the vet didn't even check the area, the jab was very quick, which is why it was a worry that she could of possibly hit a blood vessel. I took some pictures of the site, quite a big scab!
