for me it doesn't have to be top of the range fancy stables but does have to be practical. Freedom to come and go at any time but still allowing some security to the yard. Turnout especially in winter as well as restricted grazing in summer.
Friendly people with any bitchiness clamped down on...
I don't hide what I have brought because I always get caught out! I do however change the price of things and he thinks everything I buy is in the sale!!
Nfu are really good but you pay for it. I have used pet plan, again very good a lot cheaper but put big exclusions on if you claim. I claimed for an infectious disease the following year they excluded all infections or infectious diseases not just the one condition he had had.
My daughters lead rein / first ridden responds to the rider however on the very rare occasion I have needed to step in my voice has took the priority over the rider whether I have been next to the pony or in the middle of the school
I had one didn't kick out just couldn't catch it so I left it in the field. I would go down the field twice daily walk round it to check it was ok then leave not even attempting to catch it. Within a About a week the horse was totally confused as to why I wasn't playing its game and following it...
I brought a space treka L last weekend having always had IFor Williams. I was apprehensive just like you but went to look and actually loved the equi trek. We have our first putting planned for this weekend so can't say what the horses think to it yet.
what are your experiences with the equi-trek trailer? I am looking at swapping and have always had an IFor Williams but like the looks of the equi-trek.
It might be cheap to contract a farmer in to do it. They buy in big quantities so get it cheaper and they don't charge much for doing it , usually by the acre.
This made me laugh
Paying full rate.
I haven't contacted him and he hasn't contacted me so I really don't know.
He did the work on my youngster last year and we got him to the point of walk and trot with rider on and turned him away over the winter. The 4 lessons a week was short term...
Thanks I have to agree. The thought of finding someone else when I ha had lessons with him for so long is daunting but needs to be done. Off to find some numbers to call.
Had the same instructor for years and always found him really good to the point he is helping me back my youngster now however of recent I am really struggling to justify sticking with him any longer.
I arrange lesson times and it seems to mean nothing and I'm expected to sit and wait for him...
I had exactly the same said to me years ago by my old instructors OH. It threw me at the time as I did and still don't find competing fun. When it was said it made me stop and think but after spoking to some friends I realised there was nothing wrong with hacking and having fun with my horse...
We have a total bitch on our yard. Her main aim is to intimidate you. Today I put up with her and her friends (who don't even keep their horses on the yard) pull the chairs up to the side of the ménage and watch me ride first and then my 5 year old daughter. It's a shame they don't have anything...
