okay sounds like vet is gonna be best. I forgot to mention we did actually speak to vet when we first got her and showed her some pictures and she basically said keep putting the ointment on andwe will need to cut the flap off, but will have another chat with her.

Okay, i did kind of think that but some ointment from earlier had remained which are the white spots so wasn't sure if that was all.
