Thank you all , I do use a dually with him it's helps a lot. He is better but what I want is someone who continues this when he gets sent away.

Try telford horse sales site on FB excellent for all around that area cannock etc

A retirement livery yard is often adverised on telford horse sales on FB. Try that site it's brilliant for finding good places. Also try twilly yard saredon farm calf heath they have lots of land stables etc
