forgot to say hes difinatly a colt lol

ive just bought a 1 year old section c, hes chronicly headshy...cant get anywhere near his neck or anything he just spins his back to you...never kicks or anything like it but try to go near his head and he either runs away or spins on you.....i dont know much about horses so i could do with...
