    livery yards in wiltshire

    i don't think there are any in ludgershall but try the surroung villages - i know there is livery in monxton and penton (about 10mins drive away) and more the other side of andover if you're prepared to go a little further away.

    I'll second that annret! lol! I'm having the same kind of problem with the definition of novice at the moment as i'm trying to buy my first horse and have almost been a little offended when something which is forward going has been labelled 'not a novice ride'

    I have to recommend Dubarry boots, they have a variety of boots for different calf widths (I have the wexford which have a zip side and are for wider calfs) and although they are expensive they last so long and are incredibly comfortable

    iv been there for a couple of lessons, their lesson horses weren't all that great and the menage is really small but the people there all seem really friendly and the instructors are nice.
