Perfect thanks.... also, do you know what the view is on shelters in padocks, does each one need one or only if certain horses stay outside over night? Really quite excited about setting up stables, just hope there is enough interest in the area? thanks :)

I'm thinking about converting an old dairy on my farm into stables and with access to 15acres. is anyone able to give some advice on whether it's a good idea given the cost of indoor stabling? also i have two existing loose boxes 10x10ft would they be any use for small horses / ponies?
