Myself and my yard are facing homelessness at Christmas. We have been given no reason, and to be honest, we are trying to focus our energy onto positive things, such as searching for a new place, rather than dwelling on it.
Our current yard is in Empshott, Hampshire. Half my liveries...
Agree with glenruby and misschaos . If it's your own horse that was sound and then injured himself, I would understand if someone wanted to spend the time to rehab and see if they come right, but buying yourself a horse that has already had such a serious injury just isn't worth the risk.
They may come out to him to advise him, but it sounds more like he can't be bothered to keep the horse in or mess around with fencing him off a section of the field, especially if he has two mares he's busy with, and that probably need the grass right now. Assuming he is relatively experienced...
