Bloody tell me about it!! I've just moved to a new yard and talk about 'out of the frying pan!'. Why is there no decent places around with just the basics? I'm not talking fancy pants, I just want non-leaky stables with doors that close, turnout, and a bit of a school. Oh and no ding-dongs.
