According to Gov UK all limited companies and sole traders have to display their name/ company name and business address, on all correspondence. Something very suspicious about this character!

What is he threatening you with? If it was a private message how did he see it. Suspect it idle threat. Apparantly it is not a proper company. Not registered at Companies House, so just a cowboy & chancer!

Unfortunately although they all have names of companies he trades as (Shropshire Paddock Care & Shropshire Paddock & Groundcare) they have no address or even sure of his full name. His companies have Facebook pages but no contact address, so little chance of taking action against him.

That good advise to look at previous schools that have been down 5 years. Know of one done 2 years ago where membrane is all showing, and contractor wants more money to top up.Seems no warranty is given with this kind of work.

This is Mat Marlow. Used him years ago to replace saddle flaps & girth straps. His father ran Global saddle company in Walsall. He honest and totally trustworthy, and will do a great job.
