Well done. You pulled up, nobody is hurt and you live to tell the tale. It doesn't get much better than that, so dust yourself off and kick on. Well done again, don't give up now!
The last lot came from Emerald Green Feeds. Found them online. I feed very few of them, just a dry handful and soak with a lot of water. They really swell up. They are really nice quality. Hope this helps.
I feed TB essential base mix to my 2. A 20kg sack lasts a month. We make our own hay chaff with the trusty garden shredder and they have a handful of soaked grass nuts to mix it with. Grass nuts last about 6 weeks between them. They have been on this all winter and have never looked better...
We had a child like this move next door to us. She got so persistent that we felt as if we were being stalked. Everytime I looked around she was there. She came down to help and while helping I started to ask her questions. "Why do you think we do this?" etc and then set her homework to see...
Those are like gold dust. I've been looking for at least 8 months and been beaten to 2. Folk are very odd I have found. It seems that nobody wants to do business.
Do be careful with the dog. I remember a woman who looked after her neighbours Chi and the first night her siamese cat killed and ate the chi. I kid you not. so caution I think.
That's interesting regarding the feed Debsandpets. Mine was Mrs Picky. Went off things at the drop of a hat. You'd feed her breakfast and she'd decide to leave peas that week and then give you an accusing stare that said"you know that I hate peas" the next week the peas would all be scoffed...
I had a GG. She was very aloof in character and definitely herd leader. Her milk was undrinkable, tasted foul! However this was peculiar to her and despite tests we never found out why so we didn't breed her again and she lived to be 16 as a herd ornament. They are a quiet goat compared with...
Ring the Queen up. I'm sure she rides there occasionally! Sorry not helpful but couldn't resist. Hope you find someone to hack with. so much nicer to have someone to chat with.
