I just had my own timber stables installed including a 5x12 foot insulated tack room at the end of the hay bar. It has a window with a vent on it. What dehumidifier would you run in it to avoid mould?
One of the big reasons I’m looking at Ireland is that if they’ve hunted most of them are decent on the road and learn to stand at a gate. You would think that was the bare minimum, and yet…
Now I love thoroughbreds but having been unlucky in the past with tendons and various lamenesses etc and the fact that our other horse is a Shetland (making joint care a little bit of a headache) I just don’t want to risk it. They make cracking RC types though and I find them so much more level...
ah thanks! but I'm loolomg for something very uncomplicated.
Re should you sell- I would. My last mare but one I never really gelled with- the difference with the one I've just retired was night and day. Just one of those things! Plus PREs are very sensitive.
Quite! The prices are mad aren’t they. But everyone seems to produce stuff that’s not fit for purpose these days so good sensible types are hard to find!
Yeah was thinking around that, thanks. I’m in no rush. Second type tends to turn up in Ireland as they often have the manners but I wouldn’t buy there without the contacts I have.
I did see a lovely 15.2 Connie on horsemart (in Cheshire )
