I wouldn't turn-out in a full face hood having seen them slip & horse's panic. I now do what Safina does with them.

Done all 3 sections.

I've done horse based WE with a competition yard, equine vets, livery yard & training centre & equine physio and at a tackshop/feed merchant.

I don't bother plugging them, far easier to get mud or dirt out than anything else.
