If you own or regularly look after a horse, pony or donkey please help me with my PhD research.
I am running 3 online surveys to find out how people in the UK look after their horses, how they feed them and the tack and equipment they use with them. The surveys have been online for nearly a year so that I can get information across all seasons – they will be taken offline on 1st November 2007 and I desperately need as many people as possible to complete the surveys before then. I have posted a request for help with my research here before (December 2006). If you have helped me before then thank you very much - please don’t complete the surveys again unless you have changed your routine (or your horse!).
At the moment there isn’t very much information available about how people in the UK look after their horses and most research in to horses e.g. on behaviour, feeding etc focuses on racehorses. The information from this survey is needed to help make scientific research in to horses more relevant to horse owners.
If anyone can help the surveys can be found on this link:

Thank you very much for your help

Well, I've tried to do the first part 3 times and at the end it keeps asking me 'Please fill in a numerical value for question 35'. There is no question 35 and I have answered all the questions!

Haniki, I'm sorry you're having problems. Sometimes it gets a bit weird if you have written a word in one of the answer boxes designed for a number e.g. age. The error codes (unhelpfully) come up as the question number as it was programmed rather than the actual question number. If it happens when you get to the end then the message relates to something on the last page of the survey or it would have been picked up before when you pressed "next" to get through the earlier pages. Hope this helps if you try again, but anyway thanks for trying 3 times already!
