Hi,my horse also fell on me a couple of weeks ago,and I found riding in short stirrups painfull and stiff!rubbing arnica cream on my knee as often as I can has helped me,it really is a miricle cream,you can get it from any good hearbalist/health shop.Hope you'll be better soon.
