Another Horsebox question!

Thanks for all your answers theyre a big help.However I have another question if anyone could help me please!
-We have decided to go for a box from a dealer,anyone had a lorry from,JM Horsboxes,Wilkinsons or any other dealer from lancashire/yorkshire area?(pm please)
-Any one got a MAN lorry,what do you think of them?

We've just bought a MAN Chassis and swapped our box from it's old Bedford chassis - MAN is wonderful but be aware if you need loads of living etc they are a heavier chassis - we have only a couple of cupboards and saddle racks and are really well in with a stick sided glasonite box. If you added full living, cookers, loos, showers etc you may well be pushing it - make sure anything you but has a weight certificate to ensure you're not goin to be overloaded!

not much help.. but jm horseboxes have sold quite a few round and about .. they usually have a couple in build ... would suggest you take a look at build quality/ paint job... I did consider one so made a poin t of looking at a few when I was out and about.

One person (but only one) said that he had had a few problems with the engine ... and a few of the fittings had fallen off but nothing major...

Can you tell me a bit about yours? I'm looking for a 7.5T, 3 horse with full living,either DAF or MAN chassi.
