Tricky one. I'm not sure if I should continue trying to chase the guy or just say, you know what I've got a lovely cheeky donkey, and just get him done and put it down to a life experience!

Thank you. That's what I thought but I didn't know if I had any legal rights to do this. Like I said its not really about the money it that I think he has scammed me. We love the donkey and would never ever dream of sending him back but don't want the man to get away with his scam.

Whether I should report the seller, if other people would ask him to pay for the castration if I sent him the receipt. I asked him on more than 3 occasions if the donkey was already done. He promised me he was but it now turns out he brought the donkey from someone else and never had him done...

My farrier has one that does agility and it is the fastest thing.. doing really well. Very easy to train and it seems to think a little more than my border collie.:D
