I've spent time with another and introduced my dog. We are hoping to bring him home on Sunday!

I'm so sad, we were all set to rehome him but just got a call from the kennels to say that he died last night in his sleep. They think perhaps he had a heart attack, an autopsy will be carried out. I absolutely devastated. He was perfect

Great, thank you! I've just been and seen him again and introduced my dog that looks much like a rabbit (fluffy and currently scruffy Lhasa!) and he wasn't bothered by her at all! Took them for a walk together and they were fine. It's looking good!

Thank you for the responses. The horses are pretty much in our back garden so he would have to get used to them pretty quick. The paddocks are enclosed and would make a good off lead running space for a grey. Do you ever let yours off outside of an enclosed area? This one is still a pup really...

Do you plait your horses mane and tail in the winter months? We have a new native with LOTS of hair, I'm new to this! Any tips on care throughout the winter would be appreciated

I need to buy a new one. I have a pretty small head and had a junior champion one previously but has been stolen by my son! Please can you recommend one. I do a bit of everything in terms of riding, but don't compete or show.

I use one and it is great. Makes a huge difference and haven't had any issues with it when riding.

Everyone will always have an opinion on something you are doing, I've given up worrying and make the decision that feels right for me! Personally I always wear one for jumping and usually when I hack, but not always. I never wear it for dressage. It's a personal choice.

I'm looking for a pony for my son. He has been riding a while and was doing quite well. Sadly the loan pony we had has been taken back. He wants a real confidence giver, he had a nasty fall last year and needs something safe and sound. I have no idea where to go for one and who to trust.
