Where it says 'Between B&M transition canter/trot/canter' How much trot should I show? I was thinking of trying to trot just after B, 2-3 strides of trot, then pick up canter again probably just after R. Is that right? or do they expect more trot? Thanks from a complete dressage novice :)

Thanks VioletStripe, I am finally starting to feel like we are a partnership :) I thought I was being a wuss after not having competed for years, but a girl who is regulary competing 1.10-1.20m commented on how big they were, so I thought if she thinks they're big, they must be big!

I'm glad its not just me that thought they were overheight! Horse is 16h possibly 16.1h on her tippy toes. Thanks, her pretty face is her saving grace some of the time lol. I think the adrenaline kicked in a bit so I carried on lol

I have the albion platinum royale & its super comfy, however I actually prefered the position the Equipe emporio put me in, but it didnt fit my horse. Try as many as you can as what someone else likes, you or your horse may not

I am in the same position as you & wish YO would let me pay extra to use the school! At the moment I have to hack 30mins each way to hire a school for £5, or get my mum to tow me 25-30mins each way to pay £10 to hire a school. Whilst I agree it is unfair, unfortunately it's the YO's decision...

Prestige Passion, havent ridden in any other prestige but they also look fab! I did have an albion K2 jump but didnt get on with it. If you can, get the saddler out with numerous brands, shapes & styles, so you can try a few.

I tried the Equipe Emporio monoflap & it was lovely!! Unfortunately it didnt fit the horse though :(
