I was involved in a court battle regarding a horse I sold. Basically, sold a good, nice, honest horse, for genuine reason, for whatever reason he changed behaviour with new owner and she took me to court for him not being as described.
Battle went on for months and I was heart broken...

I really really feel for you. The same thing happened to me once a few years ago. I sold a very good horse for personal reasons and for whatever reason he didn't settle with the new owner.
To cut a long story short, we ended up in Court, I won the case, she had the horse pts!!! So so so...
My OH and I met on a livery yard we were on together, I had problems with my horse and he helped me out and the rest is history lol - we've been married 5 years now!
My mare has massive windgalls behind, which developed before I bought her. I SJ her in front tendon boots, can get the hind boots over her windgalls so don't bother. Just put sports medicine boots on for support when xc-ing her!
