Horserider - Of course i am concerned for him, however just not in the position to take him back. Offered them the chance to fetch him for me to sit on - no such luck just abuse, personally think they are tryin their luck.

Welsh D - Yes buyer and friends!! Quite threatening, but I don't think they will be back. I told them to stop harassing me and speak via solicitors as they are adamant it's going to court & I have absolutely nothing to hide!:)

Thanks stateside, I know 6 month is a long time! Since found out the horse has moved yards 3 times in the 6 months!!!:mad:

Just a breif overveiw of situation. 6 months ago i sold a lovely horse to a woman. she tried him (after 5 weeks off) he was a saint. She bought him, over a month down the line they were great (i have the text messages) saying they were out competing! Next thing someone hammering on the door...
