I have had my 14.2 Cob for nearly a year now, he is generally a lovely pony, but i have nearly always had an issue leading him, last summer managed to get on top of it by having to lead him out in a bridle to the field. Over winter on turnout things got better, but he has started pulling...
Thanks malyclay, that webiste is great, and i do tilt my pelvis forward, where i am getting my "discomfort".
Natasia, i do understand you and it is still feeling all a bit false at the moment. Lots to work on. Many Thanks for your comments. x
I am a "back to riding" 39 yr old after a 20 year break. I am trying to find out if it is the way i ride in rising trot or maybe an incorrect saddle for me that causes "discomfort"!! Any tips, probably one for the girls to comment on!!!!
I have to agree, i changed to easibed two months ago, and it is sooo easy. i totally muck out everyday, but i rarely fill a wheelbarrow load. It is so easy to seperate droppings and take top layers off to get to wet stuff that has soaked up underneath. I am finding it cheaper and goes further...
I have had my 14.2 Dales x Pony for 4 months, things are going really well. He has settled in quite well, and we are taking things slowly. One thing that is really bugging me! He goes mad when i try to spray him with fly spray, have tried loads of different ways, did manage to spray his tail...
I recently bought a 14.1 Dales x Pony. He is not registered and i wouldnt know if i could or should do so. I was involved with horses when i was younger but never entered any competitions, and am trying to learn all i can. What i am finding confusing is what class could i jump my pony in...
Sounds like i should get them to behave individually first, then maybe at a later time, could do them together. Know they are capable because i bring them back to the stable together! Should i alternate who i take first?? thanks crazymare
OK. definately will stick to leading them seperately. One more question......should i alternate who i take down to the field first. They both walk down there fine, just get naughty when the field is in sight...
I have just bought myself and daughter a pony each. We have had hers 3 weeks and my one 10 days. Should i lead them into the field together. Have tried different ways, not sure which one i should be sticking too. When we took them together, one infront of other, didnt matter which one, the...
I was going to order easibed but with fuel prices they have added on a surcharge, so not quite the price i was hoping for. With cusion bed, can you skip and take out wet everyday. does it still work ok...

Thanks for all your comments.....will carry on investigating...dont want a whole pallett of something that isnt any good. Just got two new ponies so need to watch costs!!!
Hi, Can anyone tell me if they know of a difference between Ecobale and Ecobed, have looked into it and they seem the same, just from a different company. Just bought myself and daughter a pony each and trying to look into cost effective bedding. Using Shavings at the moment.
Thanks
