If your horse was rearing through pain, but you've fix the pain, he'll still be in the habit of rearing, even though he doesn't feel the pain any more. You need to break the habit and let him realise it won't hurt any more =)

Just sat here and read this thread right from begining to end...what a lovely person you are, OP, and a great rider. At the end of the day time, love and fun is what will turn him around, not how much money you bought him for, what his confirmation is like or what any one else on here thinks...
