thank you- your set up sounds great! The one I went to see isn't for us- very nice but it is actually part of a 'complex' almost and the grazing is about a 10 min walk away no stable, water or storage- so not for us! And field not near houses so security may be an issue...hunt goes on! :rolleyes:

What if she worked for you, you mention you offer assisted livery so what about if she did that so many days for you in return for a proportion of her bill/ some hay? Or what about doing some jobs for other liveries over and above what you offer? I know it's kind of undercutting you but if it...
