Just feed them one at a time and they will be fine- too many at once and you could cause colic

Make sure to include: Who, Where, What, When and How. i.e. talk about who will be competing/ designing course etc, where the event is, what will be taking place, when it is and how to get tickets. Put the most important info at the top of the release and think of a good heading. Hope that helps.
