Am thinking of getting a German warmblood as a dressage prospect but have been warned about OCD and how often it occurs! Anyone know anything about it?

I am looking for a youngster (2-3) to back and train for dressage up to advanced +. Can anyone recommend a breeder/importer from personal experience? It's really hard to know who to trust without personal knowledge. Yorks/Lancs/Cheshire/Cumbria areas!

I am looking for a really good vet to do a "vetting" for me - potential (and valuable!) purchase too far for my own vet to travel. Having had a bad experience with vetting by an unknown vet when buying once before, I would like to find a very "fussy" and "on the ball" vet by recommendation!
