    Should I buy a horse with proud flesh scarring?

    Definitely go and see, I have a fabulous 2 yr old SJ bred filly who get entangled in a fence and I think she will be left with this on front of hock yet she has had top vet treatment including x rays and they are confident it is only cosmetic with no lasting effect. You might get a great deal.

    Thinking of a springer

    I have a working type and wouldn't swop her for anything. She is loyal, affectionate, very obedient, was easy to train and is brilliant with the cats and a baby but you will need a lot of energy.
