Can anyone remember " Horse in the house " it would have been on telly in the late 70s

Would it need to have been running for 4 or 10 years ?

Does anyone know if when you apply for planning for a small livery yard if it makes any difference if it has already been running for nearly 10 years.

It only seems a buyers market when you are selling! we are looking for a nice sj to take up the grades 5 or 6 year old that has already been in the ring. We are in the south so every nice horse is in the north or 15k for a just backed 4 yr old
