Anti Weaver Grill - best way to secure them.

Thanks mon, my door is low also, but new horse does weave ever so slightly, but I think ours would have to be on the inside as the hinges are too far up the door on the outside. Would that matter do you think ?

Anti Weaver Grill - best way to secure them.

I thought that was the way, but does that keep it rigid, and does it fasten to the inside or outside of the door? Sorry for the daft questions, but never needed one until now!

Hardest decision, think might have to have healthy pony PTS :(

Does the pony bolt in any one particular scenario?,or does it just bolt per se . Usually a bolter in my experience does so in either fright or pain, it differs from those that can run through the bridle in order to take the p?$$. I certainly wouldn't want a child to get back on board , but...

Has anyone tried 'Relax Me' and does it really work?

Yes I have used this on a horse of mine, whilst it didn't stop him being a looney, i do think it took the edge of him, but is a calmer that you have to keep using rather than a one off hit. Thus making it rather expensive.

What do you think I will need to spend to get -

I think I'm either out of touch with horse prices or they don't seem to have come down with the so called recession. I am looking for a 15-16hh Mare or Gelding to do dressage, to be able to compete up to Elementary and hacking etc, it doesn't need to jump. Must be good to hack on its own...

    Teaching a good square halt

This was asked at the festival of the horse to Edward Gal, this is what he said , well the very basics . get the horse used to standing still when asked , don't even think about asking for a square halt until he can stand still on command, at this point he stressed its not important to be...

BRAIN PICKING TIME! - Amateur getting 'the ride' on a potential/current comp horse?

Well I would say that yes it is possible, I was looking for someone like yourself to take on my boy as he had all the qualities and attitude to make a super eventer, but I'm not that way inclined and he became too much for me. I would have been happy to pay your owners costs, so I feel sure...
